A guided walk through a working local market — not a tourist-facing night bazaar — followed by a cooking session using whatever was bought there. Expect unfamiliar northern Thai produce and herbs explained stall by stall before they end up in the pan.

How to Prepare

Come with an appetite and comfortable shoes for standing and walking on market floors that can be wet or uneven. Cash in small denominations is useful if the market walk includes tasting stops along the way.
