MICE is four kinds of event, and we plan all four: a board meeting for a dozen people, an incentive trip built around a reward rather than an agenda, a conference running to several hundred delegates, and an exhibition — including exhibitions of 1,000 or more, which the venue floor space and hall infrastructure genuinely require. Each sits on the same ten-city map, because the venues capable of one are frequently capable of the others.
If your group is smaller — fifteen to sixty people, an incentive trip or a leadership offsite rather than a conference — /corporate is the page built for that brief, with formats, pricing and logistics specific to that scale. MICE extends it upward; it doesn't replace it.

Before Anything Is Signed
Site Inspection
For a conference or exhibition above a few hundred delegates, we recommend a site inspection before contracting — either your team travelling to the venue, or a video walkthrough filmed against your brief.
Contracting
We contract directly with your company entity, not through a third-party agency. Standard terms are a deposit to hold dates, a balance due before the event, and a written cancellation schedule agreed before anyone signs.
A Named Contact
One SALA coordinator is named to your event lead before contracts are signed, stays reachable for the length of the project, and deals with the venue directly on your behalf.
Lead Times
Three to six months is realistic for shortlisting, contracting and per-delegate logistics. A large conference or a 1,000-plus exhibition should book at the long end of that window, and longer still over the New Year period.

Each city's page on this site lists only sourced theatre and banquet capacities, every figure linked to the venue's own published fact sheet, so a 500-delegate brief can be checked against a real number before anyone commits to a shortlist.
How far ahead should we book a Bangkok convention centre?
Three to six months is the realistic minimum for shortlisting, contracting and the per-guest logistics a group event needs, and longer over the New Year period or for anything above forty attendees.
